"Was quoted for both homeowners and auto. A day an a half before close the incorrect homeowners amount was listed on the closing disclosure. I called the agency and was told that the rep who quoted me is no longer there and they cant figure out what she did (I have the quote in writing broken down by cost per line). While they were helpful today in trying to fix it. it caused a complete unnecessary firedrill. They didnt honor the quote. I was also told I had to call and make a payment as soon as I closed or I wouldnt have coverage on the new house. Also incorrect information as the attorneys send a check to them because I pay the entire year at closing confirmed by the manager at the office As soon as this house closes I will be shopping insurance and I will never use State Farm again. I do not recommend State Farm especially this agency."
